urinary bladder is showing norm echofree lumen, wall thickness is normal
prostate is enlarged in size showing normal echo- pattern and intact capsule. wt 40 gm approax pvr is 23 ml
copinion frindings are suggestive of prostatomegaly gr 1
this is the ultrasound report dtated 11.12.2011

i just feel the some kind of burden on the left and right side . in june 2009 when ultrsound was done then the report was of inguinal hernia with prostate enlargement wt was 30 gms. and today nothing has been spoken like inguinal hernia . i do not feel any uri ne pressure or any obstacle in passing uri ne. but some times i do feel some kind of burden is hanging on both the sides in lower side of abdomen.
pls advise if there is something is of serious nature- what should i do pls suggest

My wife had one a few weeks after bypass surgery. It made her have a heart attack, she or I will never have another one. They used the chemicals to stress her heart and damn near killed her. All her bypassas collapsed and they they put in stents. Why didn't they put in stents in the first place.

This Monday I had two cortisone…

This Monday I had two cortisone injections done one in each knee. The day after I work up with my severe depression I am on medication for and nothing could help. Luckily I had support of family, friends and a chriopractor who is helping me through this. I would take the pain anyday then have to live through that again. It is only Sat. and still not great but better. I cannot believe doctors who give cortisone shots are not aware of the side affects with depression and other ailments. And I developed a very weird rash on both ankles (squiggly lines). I went to my Dr. and the emergency room twice because of the both of these reactions. My whole body hurt and the rash. They gave me morphine both times to calm and ease the most horrible pain I've ever been in. It helped and the rash they ALL had no clue what it could be and referred me to a dermatalogist. Like I really was in the mood to call for a rash. I CANNOT believe emergency room personnel and other doctors had no clue why I felt so terrible. One emergency room Dr. actually seemed annoyed because I came back a second time to the emergency rm.
