I was told by my neurologist…

I was told by my neurologist that the drug itself has been out for a total of only 8 years. 4 of those years were spent researching it and it has only been prescribed for the last 4years. He told me it was too dangerous to try to get pregnant whilst on Zonegran as there are not enough (if any) statistics to tell what may happen to me or the baby. My advice would be don't get pregnant but if it's too late then make sure you get a constant check up, a weekly check up even. Good Luck. x xx

Can Zonegran (Zonisamide)…

Can Zonegran (Zonisamide) have an effect of Irritation/Itching of the head 2 weeks after having my hair dyed? I had my hair dyed and prior to being on Zonegran i have never been irritated or had any itchiness on my scalp but now i am taking Zonegran i had my hair dyed 2 weeks ago and i am suffering severe irritation, please could you tell me is this a side effect????
