Dear all,
As I promise to let you know after removing the Implanon here is the info:
I got it remove on last Saturday in the morning and the recovery has been amazingly fast.  On Saturday evening I started to feel a lot better, It was something so difficult to explain but I felt like I was becoming again myself.  I feel a lot more happy now, all the bad thoughs dissapeared, all the sadness is gone, everything is a lot better.  I strongly recommend to get it remove If this is causing that horrible secondary effects.

I feel happy, happy now, everything is back to the normality.
Now I will be using the pill, the doctor said there is one called Yasmin that is really good and doesnt have as many side effects as the Implanon.

Hi i went yesterday to Er had chest pain on right side cant lift my right arm up with times.I had 2 weeks ago very bad flue.They did ecg was normal.Wake up this morning with severe burning chest pain cant breath in or out.

Good for your, M!! I am in the same boat. AS that I have been fighting since I was 12 yo. at 32 I was willing to believe my life as an active male was done. I was moving like an 80 yo and in constant paint. Until this drug.

Quite simply, it was a God send. I get double ear infection once a month. Lol. And other infections that pop up through out the year. But these are managable and when compaired to taking 5 tried just to get my boxers on in the morning, I think I can handle that change.

The trick to remember is that this is really serious stuff that changes your system, folks. If you notice these changes, don't be put off and accept that they are not connected. Go to your Dr. and bring them up.

But in the end you have to decide; Is the side effect worth the treatment? I can tell you this; numb leg, dbl ear infections, stomach and colorectal problems.....all worth it! If you can move on your own with less than a constant 9 pain level, then you wouldn't understand. The benifits out weigh the side effects. For me.

I have been taking Humire…

I have been taking Humire for almost a year now. I previously was on Embrel. It was wonderful for the first year then gradually worked less and less until I switched over to Humira. I take this for RA, so I may not be the ideal person to answer. I also take methotrexate, which further suppresses my Imm system.

I have found that, while it does take care of most of my RA symptoms, I have had many infections since starting treatment. I get an ear infection about once a month and am going to see an ENT specialist tomorrow. I have had 4 abcesses, a fistula and a few other issues. But without this drug I would NOT be able to move. I am 36 and move like I am 80 w/o.

The thing to remember with these is that there are others out there that may work, and they are all slightly different. If Humira is not right, there is Embrel and several others once a month to once a week meds in this family you could try at home. If you call the companies you can even get these for free if your co-payment is too high. If one doesn't work right for you, do the research. Try another. It may be a God-send.

  • My only son (age 11 years) daily taking Topamac 100mg – 0 – 100mg. Is the drug damage the memory ? otherwise what is the side effect of this medicine?
